🚨 WCAB CASE UPDATE: I SUBPOENAED ARGONAUT’S RECORDS 🚨
For years I’ve been asking questions about my workers’ compensation claim.
Now I’m demanding the records.
I recently subpoenaed Argonaut’s claim file to obtain the documents, communications, notes, decisions, and records related to my case.
At the same time, the defense attorney subpoenaed the WCAB file.
The response from the WCAB was revealing: the agency certified that the legacy case file had been destroyed under its record retention policy.
Think about that.
The official WCAB file is gone.
So where does the evidence trail lead now?
To the insurance company’s records.
To the claim file.
To the internal communications.
To the documents generated while decisions were being made about my claim.
The question is no longer whether records once existed.
The question is what records still exist, who has them, and what they reveal.
That’s why I subpoenaed Argonaut.
Not for speculation.
Not for rumors.
For documents.
For facts.
For evidence.
Workers deserve transparency. Injured workers deserve answers. And when questions remain unanswered for years, the paper trail becomes more important than ever.
I’m following the records wherever they lead.
Stay tuned.
