🚨 CASE UPDATE 🚨
On June 4, 2026, I filed additional documents with the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) and obtained a Subpoena Duces Tecum requiring the production of records related to my workers’ compensation case.
The subpoena compels the production of documents from entities connected to Argonaut Insurance and its parent organization, Clearbrook Group Holdings, Inc. These records are being sought to uncover the facts, verify representations made throughout the claim process, and ensure transparency and accountability.
For years, injured workers have been forced to fight uphill battles just to obtain information that should be readily available. When questions remain unanswered, the evidence must be followed wherever it leads.
This is another step forward in building the factual record and holding the responsible parties accountable.
